Pedro Ximénez casks bestow rich and sweet syrupy notes, dried fruits, toasted coffee and spiced acidity.

Bottled at 46% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration, it offers a luxurious depth and a beautifully full, velvety mouthfeel.
